The next time you fly out of Midway Airport and want to grab a bite to eat, things might look a little different.
The Chicago Sun-Times says that nearly $75 million bucks to redo the airports concession areas.
That means that some restaurants are staying but some are going as well.
McDonads. Potbellys and Harry Caray’s are just a couple of the places going away.
The paper says that True Burger, Windy City Tap, Pizza Vino, Tabo Sushi and Home Run Inn will be taking their place.
Sushi? So instead of an Egg McMuffin, I guess I’ll have to get a California Roll and a cup of coffee.
One thing I was happy to see was that Gold Coast Dogs won’t be going anywhere.
The work is all supposed to be done by May 20th, which I hope is true because I’m taking a trip that leaves from Midway at the end of the month!
